We will require pictures but you can't a Doubled Die on a mint mark as they were hand punched.
More than likely what you have is worthless Machine Doubling but as stated pictures will be required to confirm.

On the 1968-1972 cents there were a lot of Machine Doubling. 133 examples of Machine Doubling 1969-S Cents were submitted to PCGS on their site. They all got slabbed as normal 1969-S cents. So they spent $50+ to get a one cent coin worth one cent, in a slab. Not a wise choice. Know for sure before submitting coins. So when buying a slabbed coin, check to see if you feel the grade is correct and if it is a variety, make sure it is the real deal before the purchase. If not, pass. Buy the coin, not the plastic.
