2007 P Wyoming Quarter With 2 Different Mints?

Guys here is another puzzle. This coin looks to have 2 mint marks one "P" and the other "D" as well. Also to the left of "GOD" looks to have other nomenclature as well. Please help me here, thanks.

This is not a 'D' mintmark. They are on the design. What you are seeing is damage on that area and the splash out wave of the metal movement just happens to look like a 'D'. After 1990, no more mintmarks were added to the dies. Looks more like a parking lot damaged coin. Sand on the lot, will make that type of mark. Note all the other areas near that area you are looking at. The same event is happening on your coin. Sand on the pavement.

something on the coin. Soak in acetone or water see if it comes off.
