Wow! Yes, it appears to be FS-101/DDO-001! Congrats, that's quite a rare and valuable one.

Awesome find! This is DDO-001 FS-101: http://varietyvista.com/01b%20LC%20...6PDDO001.htmUnfortunately your coin appears to be harshly cleaned, so the value will take a hit with that. Even so, this is a very rare variety and one you rarely see. Congratulations! -CH27

Sorry coop, you need to look more closely. Split serifs are clearly visible on the bars and base of the E in WE as well as the U in TRUST.

Going to have to see larger devices to see what is really going on with this coin. The spread doesn't appear to be there from what I'm seeing. Note the 66 on the date? You can see the contact marks on them. So larger images so I can make side by sides to see what is going on there to tell for sure.

@coop yes, the coin is heavily cleaned and also shows some wear, so I'm not sure why you're surprised that some separation lines have been effaced on the date. The U in TRUST shows obvious splitting on the upper serifs, however, which can't be explained by circulation flattening. As does the E in WE. The rest of the coin is still consistent with the variety, it just lacks the details to provide further support. However, the U and E give more than enough to call this one, as do the R and S in TRUST, which both show separation lines along the back in the photos provided by OP.

TRUST looks super clear to me as FS-101. No doubt in my mind. Again, amazing find!

1966 DDO 001 FS-101 probably the latest die state which I believe is mid late. Factor in the honest AU-50 wear and your coin fits exactly. Raw these go for $50-70 on ebay, slabbed AU in PCGS holder $100.00 - 125.00 their not frequent flyers at auction houses and draw a limited number of bidders. A snazzy 64 RD can be bought if your patient for 500-700 bucks. You have to set watchlists and alerts up they pop up infrequently then all of a sudden boom 2 or 3 at auction. I've owned and sold a pretty late die state MS 63 RD, 2 MS64 RD, a raw one that graded out 65 and 5 AU slabbed examples. They can come strong and also come mushy yours is a mushy one. Don't forget to look at that eyelid its doubled. Within last 20 months an MS66 RD example showed up on the PCGS pop report. You will go through many bank boxes trying to find another, maybe an ANACS holder and hanging on to it would feel great. 50 bucks or even 100 ain't as good as keeping one you found. Great score. Its the R and U and those funky wavy 66's that sealed this one for me.
