Hi again-Please help me figure out if this is - 1964 P penny with a error on the 4 or a 1961 P penny with an error on the last 1 in 1961. Or just human error? PMD? Thanks in advance!

@thri, not an error, but rather mechanical damage to that number four, which has squished it a little bit. Normally, we ascribe this type of damage to gumball machines, but it is hard to know for sure what caused it.

Looks like a 1964 but not an error. The 4 has been hit and moved
to the left probably by a coin rolling/ machine.

Mechanically damaged after strike by a Coin Wrapping Machine or vending machine possibly, and then after being in circulation it later smoothed the field around the damage.

Agree with all above. Post-strike damage, likely of a mechanical nature. We see similar examples once or twice monthly.

Looks like vending machine damage with a Gumball Machine to me. (note the angle of the alteration)
