You can probably find the old commercials online somewhere. The well known TV jingle of the day was kids singing, "Half the fun of having feet is Red Goose Shoes."

Just a couple that I could find. No jingle in this one, but the young lady certainly delivers her pitch with utter confidence, no stumbles or hesitation whatsoever.
