Does it look like this 1954 D nickel is a D/D or DDD on this mint mark I know this year is known for the S/D and PCGS does have a D/D. Thank you in advance

If you are talking about the mm, it looks like "push" or "slide" MD.

Note the size of the device is not enlarged, like a RPM would be. Machine Doubling alters the contour of the device. RPMs enlarge the mintmark showing two punches:

Note the listings for this year. Note how the RPM, is showing in a separate punch? Note the description boxes for the direction of the second (or more) punches.

most nickels from that era have at least some hint of a doubled mintmark, often it's due to Machine Doubling, and in some cases is due to the mintmark punch bouncing slightly
