If you're referring to the linear feature passing behind the columns of the Lincoln Memorial, it's likely a linear plating bubble. Is the feature raised or sunken (incuse)?

Hard to tell with these pics but looks like a linear plating blisters or just damage from a scratch.

It it were a feeder finger damaged coin, then the bays/fields would have been affected.

Note on your coin the bays and the column tops are affected. Linear Plating bubble on that area.
