I have no idea. What is BRING? I've bought stuff from them a few years back. Had no problems with them. But this one I don't know.

I tried to match it up with different 19 century foreign coinage that the U.S. minted but have come up empty so far.

The obverse does not look off center the rim is kind of intact in the proper place, but the reverse look like it got smooshed and the metal over EPU moved onto over to another die? or something - reminds me of the machine that makes the oblong tourist tokens (or what ever they are called) and pulled back out before it went completely through..

Wouldn't pay that much without knowing the provenance—can't see how this would have happened in the minting process.
