From the pics, it looks like a nice rim to rim lam. Maybe check ebay for sold items to get an idea of worth.

Agree with lamination. Might have a small premium, but not valuable.

@coinfrog I found it for sale and the seller has a starting bid of 20.00 on it and these were the best photos they had up. Sorry
