Found this 1986 P Lincoln Cent with an interesting Reverse Die Crack running over and under the last S in States and continuing to the I in Pluribus down to a large Die Chip covering the M in Unum. From there the crack descends from the right leg of the M to the roof of the Memorial. Gives me a chance to try my new Microscope. Nice Die Chip and Crack, but nothing of note on the Obverse. Regards and Happy New Year.

harshly cleaned has ruined this coin. No numismatic value.

Not sure on cleaning, but that die crack is well above average. Nice find!

Perhaps die polishing lines, not cleaning?

I'm thinking die polishing. Die Deterioration seems to be evident on the obverse. Nice die crack and chip. Worthy of a 2x2 me thinks.
