2014 D Brown Dime - Weighs 2.29 G (After Double-Checking Calibration)

I assumed this is just browning from environmental damage, but the silver color shows pretty bright in some sections on the rim, and the weight is 2.29 g. If it were missing a clad layer, it should be less than 2.27, and definitely not more. I'm pretty sure it's not on a penny planchett because the size is right for a dime.
In the first picture, you can see the brownness. In the second picture, I used a very bright light, so the brownness is quite washed out. The third picture shows the weight.

Correct. Basically a homeless coin found outdoors. Note on the rim, you can see where the residue is wearing off of the rim area. So it is just a spender. No premium for a damaged or altered surface on a coin. (Including a cleaning which renders the coin as unacceptable to a seasoned collector)
