Is this what you would call a strike through or something... This looks very unique. I also did some research and the Close Ams where on the 98 proof so where's my mint mark or am I wrong, also I don't think it's simple feeder finger issues on the coin.

The "lines" you see on the obverse are from plating issues. The copper plating is raised up, due to corrosion underneath. On the reverse, you have some plating issues also but the more extreme "lines" you see, going through AMERICA and under the memorial, are from Feeder Finger Damage.

I see the " lines " on the Reverse are going in different directions. IMO, There is more going on Here. I believe the Die was Re-Tooled or Repaired and the lines We see Could Also be Grinding/Repair Die Traces...... Thanks for Sharing........

Close AM is normal on Denver mint (D MM) and Philadelphia mint (no MM) coins, and is a desirable variation on proof (S MM) coins. Yours is not a proof coin.

The obverse and lighter reverse lines are called roller lines. In this case , as make cents stated , the roller lines are accented by corrosion. I also agree the heavier reverse lines are die related Feeder Finger Damage.

as stated above:
That would be a combination of roller lines on the obverse and the left side of the reverse and Feeder Finger Damage in the middle and right side. Very cool.

The closely spaced, parallel ridges on the reverse are die scrapes from a feeder/ejector.
