Persian Coin Overstruck Over? - Coin Community Forum

gxseries Pillar of the Community Australia 3831 Posts	Posted 01/20/2023 11:25 am Bought this and I can't figure out what this is. Dated 1874? Weight: 10.67g The style looks like Persian and looks to be overstruck over something. I can't figure out what it is or what the original host coin is. For some reason the fern and berry looks like a Russian 2 kopek... Here is the coin. First two is the original orientation and the last two is the same coin rotated. Added: for what it is worth, the pics are looking fine now. I honestly cant see anything of a host design?
