This example is worth anywhere from $250 - $350.

All three of the notes you've posted are on the low end of the scale as far as condition goes.

If I offered $225 for the lot would that be fair or would I be taking advantage of her in your opinion...?
I want to be as fair as I can without taking too much risk...I don't need them...and because I don't have any...I kinda want them.
What do you think...just spending to be spending or what...?

These are very worn notes, and will always be very worn notes. If the low quality fits into your collecting objectives then perhaps they make interesting additions to your collection.

Yep, most of the US notes before 1928 were pieces of art.
I don't collect them but they sure catch my eye.
