(Someone had "Too Much Time" on their hands. (Styx song) Damage is never a mint error, but post strike damage. Report this Post to the Staff

I have two just like this and I think they were trapped in a washing machine in between the agitator and the bottom of the drum. Google "washing machine cent" for some similar examples.
