The straight on cell phone pics seem to drain the life out of the coin. The angled pics tell a much better story. What do you think? I'm leaning toward Au50. TobyJ Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 1273 Posts	Posted 08/02/2023 2:55 pm I've compared it to known examples and I don't think it makes AU55. I also think it's a bit better than XF45. I suppose it also depends on strike, and I'm not too experienced with smaller denominations. How deep is that cheek gouge? I'll say AU50 and agree with you. Report this Post to the Staff

panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18663 Posts	Posted 08/03/2023 2:09 pm i cant get the coin to AU due to relatively weak strike especially the reverse. the second reverse photo is very confusing as to how much weakness is actually present. if I only saw the last 2 photos I would have put it in the AU box. i'd call it XF45 also Report this Post to the Staff
