Second find this week of dime roll from the bank. A rare 1953 Silver Roosevelt dime, second one I have found (silver weight 2.5 Grams). The Obverse has a small Die Chip in the right corner of the mouth. Take a look at the pics and let me know your thoughts and regards all.

Sorry, not rare, just a common silver bullion coin unless you can find a Roosevelt dime die chip collector.

Roosevelt silver dimes aren't rare, nice to find in a roll though.

I'll take silver at face value any day of the week--well done. As noted, it is the silver that brings the value rather than that die chip though.

Nice find, but why do you think it is rare? Because you found it in a coin roll from the bank?
Nice die chip on it though.

Gotta love the silver.

The die chip makes it look like he has cold sore.

Nice find allcoins! I agree, rare enough for me. (rare is a relative term). The chip looks nice also.

rare - adjective

(of an event, situation, or condition) not occurring very often.
"a rare genetic disorder"

Similar: infrequent, few and far between, scarce, sparse

occasional, limited, odd, isolated, sporadic, intermittent, out of the common

Opposite:
common, frequent (of a thing) not found in large numbers and consequently of interest or value.
