1887 Morgan Dollar - Markings On Obverse

I am not familiar with Morgan dollars as I mainly stick to modern; however, I got this one and noticed these markings on the obverse. Are these normal, if not, is it a variety?

Those are all die clash marks. It looks like a VAM-3A.

This coin is a Super CD Morgan VAM.
