The I in Liberty is leaning toward the B and has a tail on top. The L is on the rim.

Looks like a normal circulated cent with PMD. You can see the displaced metal from a hit to liberty.

Agree with FsdWarp10. This coin has worked hard for 80+ years and has the dings to prove it. Copper is a malleable metal and it shows well here.

Agreed. Just PMD from years of circulation. Remember, if you see any displaced metal, it's just damage.
