Moe posted an interesting favorite in the capped bust liberty half...

What are all of your favorites, and post pics if you've got 'em!

(I don't have any of my favorite coins yet, or I'd post pics to start!)

And if you feel like it - tell us why it's your favorite =)
Rest in Peace

The $3 gold princess is one of my favorite types period. It is beautiful, scarce and an interesting conversation piece(always seems to lead to discussion as to whether or not there was ever a 3-dollar bill.)Here is my example, ANACS certified at AU-55.

I would love to get some 3 dollar pieces some day, as they mostly hold numismatic rather than bullion value and are an 'odd' denomination.

Beautiful $3 princess.
I'm hooked on Capped Bust quarters. No pics yet, though I finally got a nice little tripod and I'm working on my photographic skills.

I've been fueling a small obsession with classic US commemoratives. I only own one, and it's a pocket piece - but all of your threads here make me want them even more.
Rest in Peace

Johnny, actually there have been $3 bills, just not federally issued.

I'm currently working on Barber dimes, so that's the flavor of the month. Once that set is complete I might complete a bust dime set.

(And the Capped Bust Half. And the Morgan dollar. And the Large Cent. And the 3 cent coin. And the Mercury dime... etc....)

At current, I would have to say that my best and modt favorites are my bust half and my 2 cent piece.
No reason, just they seem to have a special place for me.
Also, I like dimes...and dislike nickels.

My pictures of all my favorites are in the link in my signature

Early copper - Colonials, Large Cents. Fond of IHC's and LWC's too :-)
I do like Buffalo's also.
Not so much into silver and gold except CC's.
