He is suing everybody that gives him negs.  Sure don't need a lawsuit, yeah I think I'll stay away. |

I've always been amazed that as good as the feedback is for some sellers is, they really flip out at the negatives. This one is an extreme, but a lot do leave nasty responses in return. Definitely leaves me questioning their maturity...

lol wow...he is a good overall % but his negatives are pretty brutal especially all being similar legal threats. I would not deal with this person, that's for sure

There are some sellers that really try to settle every issue positively. Bluemooncoins, as an example, has 100% positive with 33000 feedbacks. Others (I won't name them) are satisfied to have some negatives if their
positive % is high like 99%. This group tends to really blast anyone who disagrees with them.
Threatening to sue takes that to a much higher level. Thanks for the heads up.

Lol he keeps threatening to sue them for "liable". I am pretty sure he means "libel". Oops now I might get sued for pointing this out!

I just take it as a sign that ebay feedback is there for the amusement value and regardless of actual feedback your own mileage may vary on any given transaction. |
