I figure start a thread of the coin you're most annoyed with. For me, it has to be the mid- to late-1990's Washington quarters. If I narrow it down, any 1995 or 1998 quarter. I remember when that was like the quarter I would always get in change. Still an overabundance of those it seems despite the newer quarters out.

2000-2008 Memorial cents. They look like play money to me. Cheap and cheesy.

90s Jefferson nickels (especially mid-90s). They just seem extra boring than nickels from other decades.

Roosevelt dime. Yuck. Though to be honest, after looking at a few 10s of thousands of halves I think they could use a change too.

But not just Mr. Roosevelt. I want Lady Liberty back on every denomination. How awesome would that be? Classic coins are just so beautiful. Bring peace to the dead presidents, they have been on our coins long enough.

I would have to go with the Roosevelt dime. It needs a make-over big time. Why can't we go back to the Mercury or Seated Liberty dime instead? I have every circulating U.S. coin types in my collection but only a few proof Roosevelt dimes. I just don't like them at all.

I do not think I can choose a least favourite. For me this would be like a parent choosing his leas favourite child.

I didn't think there would be so many that would list the Roosevelt dime as their least favorite. I certainly understand why. The Dime is in serious need of a makeover. I feel the reverse is dated and isn't keeping up with today's coins. At the same time, there is going to be a wide range of years for the copper-clad Roosevelts, just like there is with the Jefferson nickel. I bet lots of people would have listed the Nickel as their least favorite had I posted this ten years earlier. Surprised no one has listed the 1982 Cent as they are difficult to deal with. I have a few jars that I dump my 82's in.

I don't know if I can say annoying, but dislike for sure. That would be all of them. Actually, 3 stand out as offensive to me. 1, Lincoln Cent - <<Political opinion removed>>2, Roosevelt dime - <<Political opinion removed>>3, Kennedy half - <<Political opinion removed>>As much as I don't like the current gold colored small dollars, at least Sacagawea wasn't a corrupt politician.
