Thanks guys!

It didn't say what type of fragment. Broken die? Struck through dropped letter? Copper debris?

I know. I was a little disappointed with that! I would liked to have had more of a detailed explanation. I guess they can only put so much on the label.

I was also looking at their pop report. They don't list errors/varieties. It would be nice to see how significant, rare, unusual this error is. I have no idea.

Well it won't be on a population report. It is probably a one of a kind. Not that different things could be similar.

Glad to see it labeled, but discription is a bit broad. I'm still thinking the strike through substance was fairly pliable. Otherwise the static devices that clearly struck up, wouldn't have struck up so crisp.

I said it before and I'll say again, 1st strike through I've seen done in this fashion. That makes it unique or one of a kind thus far for me. Thanks, Doug.

Yes, to vague. Wish it was more specific.

USSID18, congratulations on getting it graded by a TPG! It was definitely worth it, since this is a very scarce error.

Nice example. That "fragment" seem to be pretty solid. Took out or blocked everything with its presence. Thanks, Doug.

It looks like an extremely tilted hammer die punched the UNU a couple times then the damaged planchette was run through again.

Wouldn't your coin be listed on the ANACS pop report? I don't see it. Or maybe they don't list slabbed errors?
