What grade do you think it is. Is this a known variety? What would be the value?

Thanks to all that will give their opinion!

Looks like perhaps VG sharpness but likely a details coin because of the scratches. I'm guessing the harp reflects an Irish origin, and that the bust is of George IV of England.

Charlton variety LC-60D1 or 2 (copper vs. brass). VF detail on this purposely crudely made Bust & Harp token, some scratches, approx $100 if copper or $30 if brass.

struck using very crude dies, intentionally made to look circulated.

below is as strong AU example. while perhaps not from the same set of dies, it shows how tricky these guys can be

Voper, you have been referring to many tokens you have posted as pennies but they are halfpennies - the bust and harp, bouquet sou, PEI.

I think the token shown in this post has been dipped or otherwise cleaned. There appears to be corrosion pitting around the obverse edge that has been scrubbed.

Wade's harp and bust token is LC-60F1 if brass, F2 if copper.
