Acetone may get rid of that green skunge out of the wreath, but I don't think so; it may be the start of the dreaded copper disease, I hope that I am wrong.
One or two obvious dings, possibly a light strike on the wreath - leaf near 'O' of 'ONE' is weak.

that "green skunge" is a mineral called malachite. It is a carbonate and is thus sensitive to acids, acetone is basic....so I'm not sure it would work. I would try it on a junk coin first.
