Wow, good thing he says it's a replica, it looks pretty real to me when you enlarge the photos.  Reported as well! |

@Joseph7420...Regardless if the seller mentions it's a replica coin in his description 50 times, it is still a counterfeit coin. The next buyer of this coin might resale this coin without any mention of it being fake.

The seller mentions the coin is a replica multiple times. Don't think it was worth the report. Only a fool would think this was a real coin.

I've never seen a real one accept under glass so I wouldn't know but the 2 seems a bit large.

I have zero tolerance for replica coins on ebay or otherwise. Unmarked copy coins damage the hobby and the industry. At some point this coin winds up on the street and someone gets burned. Two weeks ago someone walked in to our store with a pretty good copy of a 48 dollar offering me a great deal at $800 with no reaction when I told him I'll pay $5 to have it in the store as a souvenir and take it off the street. I report every copy coin I see on ebay. Unfortunately not all get removed. |
