This piece looks genuine and that's the good news. The bad news is it's heavily worn with lots of potential problems that could block a problem-free grade. Might be worth a shot in hopes of a problem-free Fine grade. Good luck with these key date Lincolns!

Looks to have been "cleaned" with a pencil eraser. An old trick that ruins a lot of the value to collectors.

VG details cleaned....you should spend your money on better coins to send to PCGS. I'll let you know, if you end up sending these, you'll be highly disappointed.

Agree VG-10 and very possibly cleaned. Just does not look natural.

My first thought on grade, VG10 which looks like the consensus.

So close to F. Going VG10. Would not mind owning such an example. Yes, it has a slightly used look, but...it IS a circulated 14 D...so it should! :)
