The pics don't show the full mint luster. What appears in the upper left of the OBV to be discoloration is a slight pink toning. I would appreciate your ideas of grade remembering it has plenty of original across the entire surface. Thanks. Solid 64, or perhaps a tick higher.
Monotone colors make it appear dull and lifeless, although it might look entirely different in hand.
From the photos provided it doesn't intrigue me.

I don't think it's MS. At first I thought it was a weak strike. But the horn is full and appears rounded. I'm going with a low AU.

Thanks for this - yes, in hand she is a beaut. It belongs to a friend and I may be selling it here later - after I practice taking better pics LOL! I am assuming its the spots on the chin, neck, and back rim that make this rate ant not higher? The most I could say was it looked MS - but that's as far as I could take it. Please educate me

@Kanga - I think the "rounding" is my lack of pic taking skills. I tilted this one under the light every way I could under magnification to see if I could see any wear at all. I was using an ANACS grading standard book and PCGS photo grade as a guide. I could not find any wear. The luster is still over the whole surface also. It is beautiful in hand.

Flatly struck but Mint State, probably MS63-MS64 if luster is as you describe. It is not very sharp, but I see little indication that the lack of sharpness is due to wear and not a rather poor strike. This in itself is somewhat of an oddity since 1913 T1's usually have full strikes. There is some flowlining out towards the rims from the lower reverse, so this may be a late die state strike.

Full date ,full horn ,very nice tail . But what about the rest of the coin ? Wear or weak strike ,that is the question . I'm going in safe ; AU-63 .

Thanks for all the ideas and help from everyone. I wish I was able to get better pics to show this beauty off. I have two goose neck, diffused LEDs positioned at 10:00 and 2:00, but the luster does not show. I am using my iPhone 4s like Darth Morgan's setup: http://goccf.com/t/160092But evidently the built in diffusers - a sheet of diffusing plastic over the output of the lights hood - on my lights are not what I need.

MS-61. Weak struck looking obverse. The reverse leads me to my opinion. Pretty coin! I'm sure pictures don't show it's true colors and luster.

Photos make it very hard to grade accurately on this one. Could be MS or AU.
