Hi all -- just finished filling all the holes in my 7070! No gold page, but the main 5 pages are complete. I'll prepare one post per page (obverse only), along with some commentary on each. If anyone would like a closer look at any in particular, just let me know.  For the early copper, my goal was to have LIBERTY complete in each case. Did that, otherwise the later dates are nicer than the earlier ones. Classic Head Half Cent has some sort of halo around the stars, which is indicative of "something" per my reading here, but I can't remember what. I expect I am not the only one who has noticed these large cents don't fit snugly in the holes.  These were mainly acquired to fill the holes, although the late Indian Head and the Steel Lincoln are really nice in my opinion. The 2c piece has decent details but is generally a bit dull. The 3c silver has great details under a certain light but black, perhaps ED, which acetone didn't help with.

 Page 2 starts with Half Dimes. While I don't really care much for the series, I must admit the two in the middle are some of the nicest coins in the album. For the nickels, I love the raised FIVE CENTS/hill effect that the 1913 buffalo reverse has when moving the coin. Almost like an optical illusion.  For this group, the War Nickel Jefferson and Mercury dimes are awesome, not much else to comment on here.

 This is my favorite page in the album, without a doubt. Dark 19th century 20c and quarters, classic Standing Liberty design, a nice silver Washington, and a clad Washington from pocket change.  Again, on the early halves the goal was dark. I really dig the reeded edge capped bust, but am not a fan of the Barber half design.

 Not much to say about the top row, all decently circulated which is A-OK. For the commemoratives, I think this is a lovely set of four. The pilgrim would have made a nice long-running obverse in my opinion, there is something very American about that coin, and like the Type 1 Buffalo it has a neat raised effect on the reverse.  Each of the top row has been posted here before. Nothing special in the bottom row either, just cheap fillers for the most part, and the Ike has AT.

 Last page, this pic is the only one with each coin picked up for face value. Actually, that's not true. The Ike was found lodged in a coin counter after I dumped one time. I thought one of my coins got stuck in the machine since I saw something peaking out after it was done, I called someone from the bank over, he removed it and gave it to me. Must have been from a previous person -- long story short, I got that one for free!  Attractive coins but I have no tie to these, and wouldn't have purchased them had they not been a requisite part of completing the album. Well, that's it. Thanks for looking and for the comments. I may upgrade a few coins if something strikes my fancy, but am not really that worried about it. I was mainly doing it for the thrill of the chase and to learn more, which I certainly did.
