Just got back from the bank and started going through rolls of Kennedy halves and came upon a pleasant surprise, a 1962-D Franklin Halfthey are still out there!

It is almost impossible to find a silver coin in
Canada with Alloy Recovery Program.

I got a 1960 Franklin from my aunt who works at suntrust. She said someone dropped it with their change. They really do circulate!

Yes they do exist, I mostly find 65s through 68s in the rolls.
