Definitely a sharp RPM ( re-punched mintmark ) D over D. As for value, I don't know.

That is the RPM-002. Nice find! I found one a couple of days ago. Check for a die chip on the letter T in CENT on the reverse. It may be stage B. As far as value, a few bucks.

Nice find. It is known as a RPM and not a double D. Can you post full coin pics front and back? Who thinks an acetone bath should be done?

That' the kind of RPM I like to find! Congratulations! Acetone for sure - just not in direct sunlight as that can sometime give a pinkish hue according to other posts here. Ambient light is fine.
