Sir Derrin Valued Member United States 177 Posts	Posted 07/30/2019 10:05 pm My first thought was a kids whizzer toy... no not the cleaned coin type but the string toy made for amusing kids. Drill a couple of holes and add a string to twirl around your head to make a buzzing/whirling noise. But then I realized it had 4 holes and positioning made me think charm bracelets...
