If the lustre is more prevalent than the photos suggest, then I would say maybe even AU-50. Very least a choice++ EF-45 imo

XF45 to me. Reverse pulls this one up, otherwise EF40 I don't think it's an AU coin. But in hand luster may prove to be better than the photo let's on.

What is going on from the eagle's right wing (our visual left) around the horn beneath STATES OF? Is that a scratch, rub, or die crack, or is it on the plastic? If it's a scratch or rub, I'm at AU Details. I don't think it would detail the coin as an EF.
IMHO, this is another coin that would trade on a bourse floor as an "AU Slider," what eventually will become an EF-48 pinpoint grade.
That's a tougher date than pricing makes it appear. According to my records, the last one I handled was back in 2016, and that was a VF. Nice coin!
