The bottom D is incuse, I never seen one like this before, my heart dropped. I've learned my lesson to not over exaggerate findings, ask the community first, lol

Well I'm interested in hearing what @coop has to say. I agree that the lower letter D appears to be incuse. For sure it could be a well-matched counterstamp, but couldn't it also be a dropped letter? @mm99, maybe hold onto this one until we get better consensus on what you have there. It may be nothing, but it also could be something and we need to sort out which one you've got there. Here is a closeup of the region of interest. I thought dropped letters were raised not incuse,so   This one might merit Mikes in put. John1

It's a "dropped letter" nice find..  Edited: although we would need to see the reverse, to make sure we have no extra metal movement caused by a counter-stamp

Does the reverse show any deformation in the same area of the coin?
