Looks like there is a little surface disturbance in the upper left obverse field. That would bring it down to MS62 from the 63 I would otherwise assign.

Full mint bloom on Lib's cheek and eyebrow indicates zero wear, nice coin with attractive luster. A few nicks here and there, on both sides, consistent with MS-63.

MS63 is my guess. The obverse luster is a bit muted and the color is not the best either, leading to average eye appeal.
