I have 10 of these 1954 quarters with this jagged line going across Washington's forehead. Since each one of these quarters has this issue, I'm thinking this is some sort of defect and not post mint damage. What do you think? Lamination? I took pictures in different lighting to help with the analysis Thank you.

It wouldn't be a lamination in the same spot on all ten coins.
If the mark is raised, then it is probably a die crack.

If it is a die crack, does it add any premium to the coin? Or is it not big enough?

A die crack may be attractive to someone who likes die cracks. Some collectors run from die cracks, others love 'em.

I wouldn't bet on a premium.

Most often it happens under the bust line.

with die cracks. I'm seeing another one on the eagle's right wing.
Probably no premium, but it's good looking coin at any rate. Having ten from the same die pairing might net you a few bucks extra if you sold them together.

Die cracks on the top of Washington's head seems to be a common place for them to develop for some reason.

Its interesting. I found a similar coin (a year off) on ebay, and they are asking $100 for it. Overpriced?

Yeah I would not pay that kind of premium for a crack on the head.
Looking at the listing, I think nobody else wouldn't either as he had to reduce the price.....

Only sold listings are useful for estimating the value. People can and do ask whatever they want, but no one's going to buy it unless the price is reasonable.
