Too much glare, it looks AUish, based on current prices I would say $500-$600.

If the scratches are on the coin I'll say AU Details - improper cleaning. If on the holder AU55, still go with $500-$600.

Those added photos have me really puzzled now...wondering if the eagles left claw and leg is the results of wear or weak strike..and then the "scratches" in the 2nd set of photos...
First set of pixs...MB-62 or au-58...
Second set of pixs...au-details

This coins got me...

Scratches bring it back to
AU-50.

Would have been 55 without most of them.

I'd put this at AU55, her hand and the eagles talon have seen some circulation.

I'd guess you paid maybe $630

I'd say AU-55, possibly details from the hairlines. Maybe $500?

That's a straight grade all day long in Trade dollars. AU53 or AU55 probably, and what you paid? Around $430.00-$460.00

those field hairlines are mostly from some heavy die polishing. a few are actual scratches like the one on the right knee but these are not enough to details the coin imo so I'm with westcoin on this one AU55 straight.
