This is a Struck Through Grease error. Minor ones are pretty common, but this is probably dramatic enough to warrant a small premium. Cool find.

One full coin photo of the reverse and one full coin photo of the obverse and one or two close ups when/where needed. If we need more we will ask. John1

If it is all Grease Fill, then the weight will be normal.

Nothing special on the weight. It's a regular 2.5 grams. I will Post is pic if needed.
