(The bottom serif looks like the edge of the die chip, not a notch, and the upper serif isn't clear enough to see a notch.) Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. It has a similar looking vdb die crack marker but not the chip markers on reverse. The upper split serif is actually more prominent but my photos are less than perfect.
