I can't really give you a solid evaluation based on the photos, however just from the photos presented, I'm not seeing any abnormalities or signs of being a doubled die.

Looks like an example of DDD Die Deterioration Doubling. Your looking at the right side of the last '9' correct. Not a doubled die. Just an aging die.

On this type of doubling caused by the die, the devices move on the fields in the direction of the closest time. Dates to the right, Liberty to the left and the tops of the motto devices.

Are you asking if it is a Doubled Die or Doubled Struck?
There is a huge difference, although from your pictures, it doesn't look like either one.

Yes, appears to be a case of Die Deterioration Doubling. Not uncommon.
