I'd expect to see at least a little zinc on the rev, where there seems to be a pretty deep scratch. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/31/2021 12:20 pm What concerns me is that there is an appearance of a rim of a smaller coin, but there is no mirror design transfer on the coin. So it wasn't done with a dime. Maybe a piece of plastic pipe may have altered it, without splitting the plating? But the obverse? Not a clue.
