1985 P Roosevelt Dime Misalignment

I think I have found a 1985 P Roosevelt dime with the obverse being misaligned. Correct?

Yes, this is a misaligned hammer die.
However, this level of misalignment is still within mint specs and do not add any additional value to the coin.

Correct, If on one side, it is called a MAD (Misaligned Die)

It would have to be at least this much of a MAD coin to have a premium.
1985-P-Roosevelt-Dime-Misalignment
These are seen less on dimes. Note the weakness on the reverse? That is what you see to see on these to have a premium. Yours is not a premium coin. But knowing more will help you determine these in the future.
