what you need to confirm is the f12 that is on the coin holder. I think who ever wrote that is saying the grade is in fine condition. If it is in better than fine then it is worth more.

to CCF!

Some damage on the eagle's right wing, and it looks possibly cleaned. Not sure what errors you are seeing. The mintmark looks odd, can you get a sharper photo of the CC?

Need a clearer picture of the CC, but the date and mintmark position don't look right for VAM-3.

We will need better and closer up photos to help you. You also posted in the wrong section, I PMed the mods to move it. Make sure to flatten staples when you put it in a new 2x2 because it is best to remove it from the 2x2 before you take new photos of it,

I'm a new member . The site is kinda tricky to navigate . Several people on another forum said VAM 3 as well . Told me I shouldn't get discouraged by people telling me different. Getting graded soon . Thank you !

You may get a Details - Damaged grade for that serious gouge in the reverse which appear to have moved a lot of metal. Factor that into your decision to have it graded. If that's what you think is an "error", it's not.

Looks like Fine details, cleaned and damaged. PCGS gives a value of $385 in F-12 but this example should sell for much less.
Still a desirable coin.
