Hi. Can you explain to me why the letter O is halved? Is it a typo? Thanks.

Just damage, the coin took a hit. Looks like some was pushed up and some maybe sheared off, the N too a hit too, probably at the same time.

I don't know how you can have a typo striking a coin but
as others have said, it has just taken a hit.

I'm with makescentse, the coin took a hit at the bottom of the O and the metal got pushed up. Post mint damage.
