This is in honor of my 2000th Thought I would start to showcase my current One From Every Country (OFEC) from the years 1900-2000. I would include coins from countries that do not exist anymore. I would want to share five per day up until I get to my 234 countries I have currently out of 282 in the Krause catalog. I am not seeing too much on CCF about this direct topic, so I guess I will start a direct thread Mods can move this if needed to the proper location. Edited by mrwhatisit 12/31/2022 11:56 pm

Looking forward to more items! OFEC is an interesting challenge, though there's usually a lot of tricky holes to fill towards the end.
I hadn't done a specific period-oriented option but maybe I should; I'd basically need to rebuild what I want to focus on from the ground up (now that I'm basically forced to only work with relatively modern coinage if I want to avoid getting tangled up in antiquities laws), and OFEC had always interested me... though admittedly it might often be hard choosing the one coin to feature.

I did the same thing twice. OFEC 20th century and then again for coins dated 21st century. There's an Every Country Collector Group that has a checklist you can download and edit to fit your collecting interest. My 20th C starts a little different if the OP is intended to go by alphabet. My Argentina is a little farther down: Abyssinia Afghanistan Albania Alderney Algeria American Samoa Andorra Angola Anguilla Antigua Antigua and Barbuda And then Argentina

Of the A countries, I do not have yet: Abyssinia Alderney American Samoa Andorra Anguilla Antigua/Barbuda My set is intended to be in alphabetical order but might have slight differences from others since I am using the Big Book, the Krause catalog from 2009 (but I need an updated book) Quote: done Thanks jbuck
