1st thing I noticed was the spotty toning- looks like some artificially toned Chinese counterfeit draped bust $'s. Edge view provided by the seller: And reverse doesn't appear to match the known VAM reverses:

Just looking at the surfaces, seems too good to be true.

Definitely a counterfeit. The toning is similar to a bunch of fakes that can be purchased on several websites

The coin has issues: rounded numbers in date, poor strike on wing, softness in details, cc does not match known, and why would any seller show the terrible reeding?

Definitely a counterfeit. I have seen worse ones though.

Very expensive sucker bait. A real MS63 is a $10,000 coin.

When you learn how the date and MM should look it becomes fairly easy to spot these, along with things like the complete absence of any marks on any of the surfaces.
That being said, this one is more convincing than most, probably good enough to fool quite a few people who aren't paying attention.

It's actually easier with a scarcer date like this where there are only a few known date and mintmark positions. In a coin like this, if it doesn't match a known VAM, I would automatically consider it fake.

Thanks for posting the pictures! I've noticed in my perusing of ebay that many sellers of fakes enjoy holding coins with their fingers touching the obverse and reverse in such a way that would leave prints.
