What do you mean by "Legitimacy!"
Also can you post up the entire slab please?

Perhaps he means if it's genuine. The pic does not show who slabbed it.

I'm asking if it's genuine , on slab it doesn't say anything else than this. I'm relatively new to coins so I'm seeking for help. Thank you all!

Welcome!
Looks fake to me.
In addition it looks more like a proof finish but I see no mint mark. So in the very least is a polished bullion.
A proof would have a W mint mark in this year.
Since there is no grade from a grading company, you could remove it and weigh it, you could check for magnetism without removing it just to make sure it isn't plated ferrous metal.

, I apologize for my Poor Manners, Hello, Thanks for Sharing, Sorry, In My Opinion, for Numerous Reasons, Some Explained Above, I believe this is a Fake or Reproduction or Re Strike from Another Mint, Barry Goldwater's Mint.? Idk.. Not Sure where, Just sure, Not an Authentic Issued from the U S Mint, ASE imo.

Trick Photography, The Finish is Not all That... I mean the finish, as stated prior, looks PROOF, Far Too Mirror-like Field finish to NOT have a Mint Mark, and it does Not. no mint's Mark for the Finish, EDITED : To say, If We Check out DEARBORN'S ASE Collection which the Education is for All to See, Clearly, the U S Mint did NOT make the Proof Finish , in 2015, W/O a Mint Mark, Looking coin, submitted for us to see, Someone Else may have, ...

Ah, so that blue heading in your first photo IS the label on the slab? I don't think of any Reputable Grading company that make labels like that.
This could also just be a 'homemade' slab with a fake eagle in it.
Can I ask where you got it from?

That's not a real American Silver Eagle. You have a proof finish without a mint mark, all proofs have mint marks. On a real ASE the heraldic eagle has a feather that intrudes into the shield, this one doesn't. The tail feathers also don't have any index points. On a real ASE the tail feathers are not uniform like yours.

On the Obverse the wrong font is used In God We Trust, the rays don't end in points.

Totally a fake ASE.

I find myself thinking that this forum would be a wonderful place for foreign counterfeiters to have their counterfeit products reviewed to see how they're progressing.
