PCGS - In 2016, the United States Mint celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Standing Liberty quarter by releasing the coin in a .9999-fine gold format. This example above achieved a PCGS SP70 grade.

With a design identical to the motif seen on the Standing Liberty quarter from 1916 through 1930 plus the addition of "AU 24K 1/4 oz." on the obverse, a total of 91,752 examples were struck in a matte-like Specimen finish.

Do you have a 2016-W Standing Liberty quarter? How about the complementary 2016-W Mercury dime or 2016-W Walking Liberty half dollar gold coins?

Classic Designs Were " in " during the early 1900's.

The 2016 Gold Centennial coins are a reflection of the Same, Except the Restrikes were minted in Gold, ....

I received these during the U S Mint's offers, I am Thrilled , These designs were in the Days and Are Awesome in Hand Today too.

Every time I see these coins, In 24 Karat Gold, I am Drooling...........................

Thanks for posting, ...MD

Gorgeous!
I got the Mercury dime but opted out of the larger coins. Given the price of gold these days I wish I had stretched a little for these!

I have all 3. The standing liberty is my favorite. The dime is the easiest to get your hands on.

I was disappointed with the strike on the dime, not a single full band on these.

I believe the dimes were crafted so none of them would have full bands.

I had all three. Sold/traded them to get my ASE set completed. That's what I had my sights set on. Some of the early Congrats sets are super pricey. I did reacquire the dime, sometime if gold dips enough I'll get the other 2.
