I see no signs of wear, so I'll go MS64. Please edit your topic title as this is a San Francisco minted coin, not Denver.

These silver alloy nickels struck and wore differently than the standard versions. I think this is a MS nickel, probably 63-64. I have a pile of MS War Nickels and a good many of them have the "carbon" spots as seen on this one.
