Might be a BIE in LIBERTY. Closer-in pic would help with the determination. What does the reverse look like?

Coin was minted in Philadelphia.

Looks like a BIE, not that unusual for cents of this era.

to the CCF A BIE. Is this the right color? If it is, it's been cleaned. .03 cents. If not cleaned maybe .20 cents.

To CCF! You have what we call a BIE Die Chip. If it was in better condition, you would get more for it. Probably only worth a few cents at best.

The only mint mark the Philadelphia mint ever put onto a US penny was in 2017. SO just about every US penny you ever find will not have a mint mark.

And since the Philly mint did not put mint marks on any coin until 1979*, you are going to find many more without a P.

*The exception were War Nickels from 1942-1945 had a large P on the REV above Minticello.

Well, there's that. Thus is the first error coin I've found, I was expecting it to be much more than what it is. I'm a little bummed. But I do have lots of change to sort through. Any suggestions on what I should be looking for? Certain pennies that could hold value? Thank yaw for responding and for your time.

"F+" indicates full breaks that extends both above the highest level and below the lowest level of the letters.
